An announcement at Computex today reveals that Microsoft is working
with over 20 OEMs to support Windows XP on ultralow-cost PCs (ULCPCs).
The move only further shows how Vista's hardware requirements have
backed Microsoft into a corner when it comes to supporting budget
hardware like "nettops" and "netbooks."
