Microsoft's latest tactic for fighting copyright infringement has some Chinese users up in arms after their desktops have begun being "blacked out" every 60 minutes with a reminder to buy legal copies of Windows. Microsoft defends the plan, saying that the update to Windows is entirely voluntary.
